How to change my password?

If you forgot your password:

  • Select “Forgot password” on the login page.

  • Enter your phone number.

  • After receiving your request, we will email you to notify you that you have been notified of your request. If you don't see this email in your inbox, check your Spam folder or any other email addresses you may have. If you think your account has an incorrect email address, don't hesitate to contact us to update it.

  • After your request, we will send you an SMS shortly with a link to change your password and a one-time password.

  • Be sure to set a completely new password. If you try to enter the previous password, you cannot log in.

    In some cases we are obliged to do additional manual checks, so you will be contacted by one of our support manager.

If you want to change your current password:

  • Open Raison.

  • Go to "My profile".

  • Click "Change" near to the Password field.

  • After entering your old password, write and confirm your new one.

  • Be sure to set a completely new password. You won't be able to log in if you try to use the previous password.
