How to Change  My Password?

If you forgot your password:

  1. Select Forgot password on the login page.

  2. Enter your phone number.

  3. You'll receive an SMS message once the request is submitted.

  4. If your account has been inactive, you'll get a new password and can log in.

  5. For active accounts, phone number verification is required to reset the password. In this case, our support team will contact you. Follow their instructions to receive a temporary password. Once logged in, you can change it in Settings.

  6. Be sure to set a new password—using your old password will prevent you from logging in.

If you want to change your current password:

  1. Open the Raison app.

  2. Go to My profile.

  3. Click Change next to the password field.

  4. Enter your old password, then the new one, and confirm it.

  5. Be sure to set the new password, as using your old one will prevent access.
