After a loved one passes away, please get in touch with us at [email protected] with the following information:
Your information
Your name, relationship to the deceased, and your contact information. Let us know your preferred contact time between 10 AM - 7 PM ET.
A photo or copy of the front and back of your unexpired driver's license or other government-issued form of identification.
Their information
Their full legal name, date of birth, and any email accounts they used.
A color photo of their death certificate (we can't accept a black and white photo or a scanned copy). If the certificate has a seal, please ensure it's visible in the photo and in all four corners.
Don't send copies of wills, trusts, or other estate planning documents. If you need a specific document, we'll ask for it after our initial review.
This information helps us identify and secure their account as soon as possible.
