To delete your account, please, follow these steps on the Raison app:
Click on the Menu at the top left corner of the Home Page;
Go to My Profile;
Click on the button Close account;
Make sure that you’ve withdrawn all of your assets;
Receive and enter the one-time code sent to your mobile phone;
Your account will be closed immediately.
Please notice:
Double-check, that you have withdrawn all of your assets.
If you don’t withdraw your digital assets (crypto and tokenized shares) before account termination, these assets will be lost.
If you don’t withdraw your fiat assets before account termination, you will be charged 5% of your balance (min €500) per month.
Be aware that your data will be erased in 5 years due to our country’s law.
