The UK Financial Promotion Order (FPO) allows Raison to communicate financial promotions to UK clients in relation to crypto services provided that it can rely on the applicable exemptions as set out in the FPO.

In compliance with the FPO, we notify you that:

  1. Raison is not registered with the FCA for AML/CTF purposes.

  2. Raison relies on the applicable FPO exemptions in order to offer certain crypto services to UK professional clients.

  3. Raison's services are not offered or marketed to retail clients located or living in the UK.

  4. Raison could offer its services only to the following professional clients located or carrying on their business in the UK:

    4.1. persons authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority or similar regulator, governments and local authorities and other similar investment professionals within the meaning of art 19 of the FPO;

    4.2. persons who are sophisticated investors and are certified by an FCA authorised firm in accordance with art 50 of the FPO;

    4.3. persons who are, within the meaning of art 49(2) of the FPO:

    4.3.1. any body corporate which has, or which is a member of the same group as an undertaking which has, a called-up share capital or net assets of not less than

    4.3.1.1. if the body corporate has more than 20 members or is a subsidiary undertaking of an undertaking which has more than 20 members, £500,000; or

    4.3.1.2. otherwise, £5 million;

    4.3.2. any unincorporated association or partnership which has net assets of not less than £5 million; or

    4.3.3. the trustee of a high value trust.
