My app doesn't work correctly

If your app is slow or not working as expected, try the following steps to resolve the issue:

  • Check your Wi-Fi signal strength. If it's weak, try turning it off and using your cellular data instead.

  • Double-check that you're on the latest version of the Raison app. If not, please download the latest version of the Android or iOS app.

  • Force quit the Raison app.

  • Log out and log back into the Raison app.

  • Turn your phone on and off, and make sure no other apps are running in the background.

  • Uninstall and reinstall the Raison app.

  • Try using web browser and point to m.raison.ai.
