If your app is slow or not working as expected, try the following steps to resolve the issue:
Check your Wi-Fi signal strength. If it's weak, try turning it off and using your cellular data instead.
Double-check that you're on the latest version of the Raison app. If not, please download the latest version of the Android or iOS app.
Force quit the Raison app.
Log out and log back into the Raison app.
Turn your phone on and off, and make sure no other apps are running in the background.
Uninstall and reinstall the Raison app.
Try using web browser and point to m.raison.ai.
