A structured note is a complex complex financial instrument that combines securities, currencies, and futures contracts, “packaged” by an investment company into one product for investor convenience.

Structured notes contain a basket of underlying assets—such as stocks, indices, or currencies—where returns are based on asset performance. Structured notes are available only to Professional Clients.
